  • Are there any other fees?

    No. The table above is the complete list. If it's not on the list, we don't charge for it.

  • What does +GST mean?

    All our fees are listed before GST (Goods and Services Tax at 15%). Your invoice will show the fee plus GST. We list prices this way because PM fees are tax-deductible, so the ex-GST figure is what matters for your tax return.

  • Can I see my statements?

    Yes. Your portal shows every statement, every transaction, anytime you want to check.

  • What's the maintenance approval threshold?

    Routine maintenance under about $350 auto-proceeds so small jobs aren't delayed. Anything above that requires your approval via the portal. You have 48 hours to respond before we escalate.

  • How are disbursements paid?

    Monthly, into your nominated bank account, from our audited trust account.
