Directly from you when you submit a form, call us, or email us. Automatically through our analytics tool when you visit the site.

4. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, provide a rental appraisal, manage your property if you become a client, and improve the website. (IPP 1 to 4.)

5. How we use it

Only for the purpose it was collected. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent. (IPP 10.)

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We may share it with our property management team, contractors for maintenance, and service providers for analytics and email. All parties are bound by confidentiality obligations. (IPP 11.)

7. How we store and protect it

Stored securely using encrypted systems. Access is limited to authorised team members. (IPP 5.)

8. How long we keep it

Enquiry data: 2 years from last contact. Client data: as required by law and our management authority agreement. (IPP 9.)

9. Your rights

10. Cookies and analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect personal data. No consent banner is required. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

11. Notifiable privacy breaches

We are required to notify the Privacy Commissioner and affected individuals if a privacy breach is likely to cause serious harm. We have processes to detect, assess, and report breaches within the required timeframes. (IPP 3A.)
